Dynamic Generation of Collection Accounts
Challenge:
The process of generating collection accounts associated with Purchase Orders for Claro Colombia involves the use of various applications and performing the corresponding calculations to create them, manually.
User interaction with these applications, by extracting data from one application and uploading data into another, causes delays in the process.
Solution:
A solution was developed that allowed automating: the integration of the applications, and perform the calculations involved in the process, dynamically, according to the percentages to be charged to the customer.
