Challenge:
The process of downloading documents – from the official Project Management tool of Nokia: Integrated Project Management (IPM)- for project managers turned out to be a cumbersome task, due to the slowness with which the tool allows it to be done. Time is a valuable resource for the Project Manager (PM), as to sit in front of your laptop waiting for them to download the documents they need.
Solution:
A solution based on RPA (Robotics Process Automation) technology has been developed which allows PM to download their files easily and without having idle time.

Automate the process of downloading and sending documents in the IPM tool.
