One of the main controls of our operation is what in the world of telecommunications is known as a roll out: action plan of all the actions of installation and maintenance, to each of the telecommunication sites that are installed for a customer. It is difficult to maintain control over all executions in the field and even more to maintain Kpis from the execution of our plan and Kpis from the work of the subcontractors.
